How fast will I receive a quotation?
We reply within 24 hours. To speed things up, include the product, grade or standard (e.g. B500B, DX51D, S355JR), dimensions, quantity, and your destination port — you can send this via the inquiry form, email, or WhatsApp.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
We quote FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP, shipping from the ports of Qingdao, Tianjin, and Shanghai. Tell us your destination port and we will include freight in the quotation.
What documents are provided with each shipment?
Every shipment includes the Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Bill of Lading (B/L), and Certificate of Origin (COO). Additional documentation required by your destination country can be arranged as part of our export service.
Do you support third-party quality inspection?
Yes. We work with SGS and Bureau Veritas (BV) for pre-shipment quality inspection, and inspection can be arranged at the mill before loading.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and the mill's production schedule. Send us your specification and quantity and we will confirm the exact minimum for that product in our quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
We handle Letter of Credit (L/C) transactions as standard for international steel trade. Contact us to discuss the payment structure that fits your order size and destination.
Can I visit the mills before ordering?
Yes — we arrange mill visits for buyers. Contact us to schedule a visit to the producing mill in Shandong or other regions, depending on the product.
